He is an exceptionally resolute operations leader, providing consultative guidance and strategy, while delivering measurable growth. He is a collaborative leader with a keen ability to assess challenges, create solutions, and implement proactive measures.
Why Radian?
I joined Radian because the Data Center industry is at a inflection point that demands a very specific kind of experience — and I've spent my career building exactly that.
The shift to AI-driven infrastructure has fundamentally changed what "delivery" means. Extreme power densities, liquid cooling at scale, modular construction, Behind-the-Meter and Bring-Your-Own-Power strategies — these aren't emerging concepts anymore. They're present-tense requirements on active gigawatt campuses. I've operated at the leading edge of that transition, and I understand both the technical complexity and the program risk that comes with it.
What I bring to Radian — and to every partner we serve — is senior-level Program and Project Management forged in environments where the margin for error is near zero and the cost of delay is measured in hundreds of millions. I've managed the chaos that comes with compressed schedules, scarce qualified talent, and capital at risk. I know how to bring structure, accountability, and calm to that environment.
