Mr. Fallon brings over 16 years of experience managing complex construction and technology-driven projects, with a specialized focus on MEP and healthcare technology integration. His background spans healthcare facilities, corporate office buildings, infrastructure, and communications systems—giving him a broad perspective on how to align technology, equipment, and facility readiness. Kurt’s unique strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between stakeholders, design teams, contractors, vendors, and clinical departments. He ensures that MEP systems and technology solutions are seamlessly coordinated with construction and operational needs, delivering facilities that are both functional and future-ready. Before transitioning to the private sector in 2015, Mr. Fallon served seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he gained extensive experience in communications systems, network infrastructure, security, and team leadership. His military service honed his ability to manage large teams and oversee critical technology assets—skills he now applies to guiding clients through the complex process of planning, procurement, and deployment.
